When a homeowner manages their own trades, the gaps between trades become their problem. The plumber blames the tiler, the tiler blames the plasterer, and the homeowner pays twice to have it put right. Project management is the discipline of owning those gaps.
Eddie runs sites personally. That means the programme is real, the sequence is decided in advance, materials arrive before the trade that needs them, and somebody with twenty years of experience is looking at the work while it is still easy to change.
It also means honest reporting. If a job has slipped a week, you hear it in that week's update rather than discovering it at the end. Structured planning, clear communication and hands-on control are not slogans on this site, they are the actual product.

Questions
Can you manage trades I have already appointed?
Yes, though it works best when we can contract them. Managing someone else's contract without the commercial relationship limits what we can enforce.
How often will I hear from you?
A written update every fortnight as standard, plus a call whenever something needs a decision from you. On fast programmes we go weekly.
What does project management cost?
On a build we deliver it is included, not a separate fee. As a standalone service on someone else's build it is quoted against the size and length of the programme.
