The housing stock
What we are usually working with
Century City is apartments and townhouses, nearly all of it sectional title inside managed complexes. Structural alteration is limited by what you actually own and by the body corporate. The work is interior: kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, built-in joinery and finishes.
The local catch
Building management sets your working day
Access times, lift bookings, noise hours, contractor sign-in and where a skip may stand are all decided by the building, not by us. We get the rules in writing before we programme the job, because a two-week bathroom becomes a five-week bathroom if you can only make noise between nine and four on weekdays.
In Century City
Nothing on this list is unique to Century City, but the mix is. These are the jobs that actually come up on this patch.
- Apartment kitchen replacement within existing services
- Bathroom refits inside sectional-title constraints
- Flooring, built-in joinery and full interior refreshes
- Waterproofing of balconies and shower floors
- Buy-to-let unit turnarounds between tenants
